Shipping Guide

Postage fees will be automatically calculated and you can see them in the check-out page before payment is made. The fees are dependent on the shipping address and weight.

You may be presented with a few shipping options during check-out. 

1. Untracked Letter
This option is for flat paper products only. In this case, it applies to all stickers and art print products. If these are the only items that you have in your cart, you may proceed to checkout with the untracked letter option! Otherwise, please continue reading option 2:

2. Letterbox and Small/Medium Box
Depending on the countries you are shipping to, you'll be presented with tracked or untracked options. Please choose this option if you have items in your cart that contains anything other than flat paper products (i.e. button pins, keychains, accessories in general, etc.)

Processing & Shipping Time

The average processing time is 2-4 business days. 

After you receive an order confirmation via email, this is how long your orders will approximately take to reach you:

Netherlands: 1-5 business days 
Rest of Europe: 3-10 business days
International: 5-30 business days

Customs and Taxes

By making an order, the buyer are fully responsible for any taxes or duties (and other costs) that are imposed during or after delivery.

Damaged/Lost Parcels

Please understand that I'm not responsible for any parcels that are lost or have been damaged in transit, and if your items are delayed or lost, please contact your local post office directly. Whatever the post office does is beyond my control. However, if your items are damaged, I will try my best to assist and find a solution! 

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately a refund cannot be made. The return cost is the customer's responsibility. 

The items refunded and returned will be inspected, as it needs to be: 

  • Unused and in the original condition you received it 
  • Inclusive of the original packaging 

If all is good, you'll receive an email notification on whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to process. 

The above refund policy only applies to physical products. Any digital sales or custom made orders/commissions would not be refunded, and sales are final. 

Wrong Address

Before checking out, make sure that all the details given are correct! In case there is a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible with the corrections. Please note that I can't do anything once the order has been shipped however, and refunds is not possible if the order does not arrive due to incorrect given information.  

Mistakes/Other Issues

If there are any mistakes that I made (i.e. missing item from an order), please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will rectify it as soon as possible. If there are any other issues not listed in this page, please contact me at
